FIAT Teams Up with CBS RADIO New York and Explores “Alternate Routes”
FIAT Brand launches storytelling series in the form of two minute vignettes on CBS RADIO New York stations WCBS NEWSRADIO 880, WCBS-FM 101.1 and WWFS/FRESH 102.7.

The FIAT Brand recently launched a new storytelling campaign designed for radio and the brand’s Facebook page. The new campaign, “Alternate Routes,” features everyday people telling their unique story in two-minute audio vignettes broadcast on-air and online via CBS RADIO New York radio stations WCBS NEWSRADIO 880, WCBS-FM 101.1 and WWFS/FRESH 102.7. The radio campaign began on November 1st and accompanying video can be viewed on the FIAT Brand Facebook page (www.facebook.com/fiatusa).

PEOPLE ON THE MOVE

CBS RADIO NY announced the hiring of Sheila Kirby for the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Sales Training and Development from Senior Vice President, Professional Development for the Radio Advertising Bureau. Neil Salvage also joins the group to head of Digital Sales from Executive Vice President, Advertising for CityGrid Media.

Clear Channel Radio New York names Monty Ross Director of Marketing and Promotions. Ross was previously the Vice President of Marketing at Time Warner Cable Media Sales.

Alex Roman has been named new Director of Integrated Technologies for Emmis NY from Director of Engineering, WABC/WPLJ, New York.
MEMBER ACTIVITY

Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (SBS) in New York, Chicago and the San Francisco Bay area, conducted fundraising Radiothons benefiting local children’s hospitals recently resulting in over a million dollars raised in donations and pledges for the Children’s Miracle Network hospitals. In New York, $245,583 was pledged or donated by 93.1FM Amor WPAT listeners to benefit three area hospitals in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut: Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital in Westchester, Children's Specialized Hospital in New Jersey and Cohen Children's Hospital in Long Island.
